Another way to download stuff in my game besides sims 4 launcher because it doesn't work
The bug is that if you create a local Multiplayer game, using a Multiplayer character, then quit that game and start a new game using a Single Player character, the difficulty will carry over to the new Single Player game. Ie, if you select 'Multiplayer' from the main menu, it is completely separate to if you chose 'Single Player' from the main menu. Often I would do this before I even killed Diablo on normal.Īll multiplayer characters of all forms are completely separate from Single Player characters. When I played Diablo, I would instantly start playing NM games as soon as I hit clvl 20, often up until I hit 24 or 25, before going playing to playing normal/hell games. You'll also run into more shrines and get lots of low level books, which could be useful. Dlvl 1-3 are especially easy and you'll rack up far more gold playing that than you will Normal/Hell because your killing speed will be much faster. The monster mlvls are much higher also, so you'll see much higher base items dropping in the game, like helms and mail armor in the first few levels of the church.Īs for playing in norm to get more money before you go to NM, just play NM instead and stick to dlvl 1-4. Monsters are much harder to kill and do more damage Gold dropped by monsters is much higher (piles of 100-200 gold in church)

You need to create MP characters and get them up to clvl 20 or clvl 30 in order to start NM and Hell games.Īs for confirmation, there is nothing in the game that says you are in NM or Hell whatsoever, but there are 3 obvious indicators: You can't use your Single Player characters as Multiplayer (ie, ) characters, they are completely separate. need better gear, more stat points=elixers, spells-books, etc.). but i think i got 1 character who beat norm, but i've been staying in norm difficulty trying to get more spell books and gold for more elixers (i know nm gives more gold and stuff but i wanna be stronger before i start nm.

i been on hiatus from d1.i went back to d2.it's hard to stay commited since it's a bit slower pace. I'm just a bit skeptical if i don't see something more "concrete".ĭoes it say on the screen the difficulty (below the game name and stuff on the upper right of screen in-game) ? Is this really nm or hell difficulty or is it still norm difficulty but the monsters are tougher and give more exp only? Is there anyway to confirm that you are on-in nm or hell difficulty besides like just observing monster power or their resistances-immunities stats? you jsut use mp to create a nm (or hell) game, than you can quit and go back to single player game. you do NOT have to play an MP game from clvl 1 through beating norm diablo.

you should now be playing on nm difficulty if this (lanthanide's) method works. now, quit the mp game and choose single player game with that same character. for hell have to beat nm diablo obviously) for the difficulty. than, you use that single player character and start an mp game with it. You can play single player game until u beat diablo.
